Most people think going back to school
is only for the rich. I went back, as a mom, and entered graduate
school. I was able to get a scholarship for the program I was going
for. Wouldn't you want to go back to business school colorado if you knew you could
find a way for someone else to pay for it? This could be the best
decision you have made.
Think about the fields that are of
interest to you. Now google that term and scholarships and see what
you can find. I was going back to be a teacher of the visually
impaired and it was an amazing program. If you are a teacher then
this would be one way to go. If you can't get a job then this would
be a great avenue to explore. The more education you have the more
marketable you are to human resources. Would they hire the person
with only x degree. Or the person with x degree, y degree and z
experience too!
Going back to school will be the way to
get your foot in the door to get the next job. If you do on site
training for the program you are making connections. Do your
best work and they will remember you when it comes time to need a new
member for their team. Don't pay money to find you a job. Work the
program you are in, make friends with your teachers and just be open
to the possibilities. Teachers are often contacted when someone needs
a new recruit. If your teacher can vouch for you then that's another
foothold into a company for a job!
Business school isn't just for those who have
the money. It's for those that have the ability to do the work and
find the money/scholarships to go! Do your legwork and get that
entrance into school or a new job!
